What is Design Thinking?

Design thinking is a user centred methodology that places the customer at the centre of the product development process. Firms use design thinking for various purposes like building products customers love to use, testing out new ideas/concepts, creating new product/business lines, optimizing processes for customer satisfaction, planning expansion to new geographies and more.

The programme will be led by Mr. Ramesh Srinivasan and Mr. Shrinath V of Questellar based out of Bangalore. Ramesh consults with several large & medium organizations on innovation, new product initiatives & strategy. He has trained over 750 professionals in design thinking & Product Management across sectors like banking, pharma, IT, telecom, manufacturing, industrial automation, automotive, media & hospitality. Ramesh is a certified facilitator in problem solving & creative thinking. He is an executive coach for CxOs.

Shrinath has over fifteen years of experience in telecom & location based services with firms like Nokia, Texas Instruments & Motorola. He mentors start-ups on product lifecycle & marketing. He has conducted several workshops on storytelling, product management & innovation for senior leaders. Shrinath is a Google Developer Expert (Product Strategy).

Program Overview

The two-day course is designed to help Business Leaders and Senior Management Executives decode changing context, develop fresh ideas to stay ahead of unknown disruptions and identify key business determinants for continued success.
